Jill Lang is a writer and yoga teacher living on the best coast of Canada in Victoria, BC. As a writer, Jill specializes in journalism and creative nonfiction, while as a yoga teacher Jill specializes in movement instruction and self-development coaching. Jill has taught yoga throughout BC, and she has written for various publications across Canada. Notable publications Jill has written for include Homes & Living Magazine, NICHE magazine, and Monday Magazine (among other Black Press papers). She has a background in journalism, creative writing and therapeutic yoga. Jill currently teaches yoga in private offices in Victoria, BC. Beyond movement education, Jill focuses on teaching people about the power of their minds.
